Live streaming site to bring music purchasing to their platform

Live video streaming platform BE-AT.TV today announced the purchase of digital download store Trackitdown.net with a view to incorporating real-time music purchasing into their industry-leading streaming platform.

Speaking about the acquisition, Ray Smith, BE-A.TV founder stated;

Since 2009, London-based BE-AT.TV streams live video from the best dance and electronic music events around the world, showcasing an eclectic range of artists, venues and promoters to a global online audience.

With an upcoming summer 2014 lineup including 5 days a week live from Ibiza, 5 days a week live from Mykonos and regular broadcasts from the world’s biggest festivals, BE-AT.TV will be doing over 100 live streams per week - including the regular DJ Mag HQ Sessions live streams.
