DJ MAG TEAM UP WITH GREEN VALLEY

Hardwell & Steve Aoki headline duo of carnival parties

“If it's raining it's raining,” sang soft voiced reggae star Bitty McLean back in the ‘90s. Rather than philosophizing about the weather, maybe he should have jumped on a plane and headed to Brazil instead, because our wettest winter for 250 years coincides with their hot (hot, hot) summer.

That’s what we’re doing anyway, so it’s sunshine party vibes - with downtrodden DEFRA officials replaced by thousands of beautiful Brazilians - as DJ Mag team up with superclub Green Valley for a duo of carnival themed parties.

Set in Camboriu on Brazil’s South Coast, Green Valley’s 6,000 plus capacity regularly welcomes the likes of Fatboy Slim and Steve Angello to its rainforest sheltered location. Small wonder then that it was voted No.1 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 clubs poll last year.

Hardwell

On the 22nd  of February the club opens its doors to another No.1, Top 100 DJs king Hardwell, who is special guest alongside fellow Dutch star, Laidback Luke. DJ Mag’s Joe Roberts will be warming up, alongside residents Mario Fischetti, Marcelo Cic and Rodrigo Viera.

Then on the 3rd of March, Dim Mak boss Steve Aoki takes to the stage with the smell of freshly baked cake in the air to dispense his unique brand of icing sugar coated EDM, while DJ Mag’s Adam Saville and Victor Ruiz E Any Mello provide the musical appetizers.
