BUGGED OUT WEEKENDER 2017 CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Butlin's "need to develop" Bognor Regis resort...

Bugged Out have announced their January 2017 Weekender event at Butlin's, Bognor Regis has been cancelled.

In a statement issued via the Bugged Out website, the brand has thanked all previous attendees for their support of over the past five years of Weekender events, promising full refunds for anyone who has already purchased a ticket and that the team is already "working on a new date and location".

The post also includes a quote from a Butlin's spokesperson, which makes it clear it was the resort's decision to cancel the festival. “We regularly make changes at all of our resorts, both in terms of the breaks we offer and our accommodation and facilities," say Butlin's. "Our key product always has been family breaks, and because we need to develop areas of our resorts with those in mind, it means we are unable to host Bugged Out in 2017. We have seen some amazing acts and characters over the last few years, and we wish the organisers every success.”

Next month's Bugged Out at Dreamland in Margate, Kent is still going ahead. Saturday 24th will see an all star line-up, including Novelist, Joy O and Jackmaster, before Andy C takes to the decks on Sunday for a six-hour special! More details here.
