BUSHWACKA! IS RAISING MONEY FOR HOMELESSNESS IN LONDON AND IBIZA

Matthew Benjamin, aka Bushwacka!, will be raising money for Crisis and Caritas, two prominent homeless charities in London and Ibiza this May.

Benjamin plans to cycle, kayak and hike 250 kilometres across Ibiza from May 19th to the 22nd with the money raised being split between both charities.

“As many of you know I have a major problem with the homeless situation,” explains Benjamin via his Gofundme page. “I am a Londoner but now based in Ibiza. It especially upsets me in these places because there is so much money around, and so many properties and spaces that are vacant and can be used to provide shelter and warmth.”

So far the legendary DJ and producer has already raised over €4,000 towards his €25,000 goal. “I have never done anything like this before. I am not a huge fitness fanatic, and have just had surgery for a hernia, so this really will be a challenge,” explains the DJ and producer.

“But I have a huge heart and it kills me to see people in such a bad predicament. I will be so grateful if you could sponsor me to make this journey, and to enable us to just be kind to those less fortunate.”
