Future Balearica Release Party

Mid-August may be that time when summer enters its winding-down stages, but the Future Balearica Album Launch Party is looking to preserve the spirit of keeping it chill even when it’s unbearably warm out.

As its name implies, the party will be celebrating the release of the Future Balearica compilation, which assembles only the most reclined of laid-back tracks onto one disc, including songs by The XX, Animal Collective, DJ KAOS and Dark Captain Light Captain.

Not only is entry free, but there will be barbecue as well as performances by many of the artists featured on the comp, such as Mudd, Coyote, FETE, Phil Mison, and Bubble Club.

Interested? It’s at the Cargo Courtyard on 15th August, running from noon to midnight. And it’s free! We’ll see you there.
