LISTEN TO CLAUDE’S FUNKY CUT, ‘NIGHTCRAWLER$’

It’s taken from the Ed Banger affiliate’s forthcoming ‘All Night Vol. 1’...

Ed Banger affiliate Fulgeance returns as Claude later this week (28th July) with ‘All Night Vol. 1’ on his own Musique Large label. We’ve got the exclusive premiere of ‘Nightcrawler$’ from it below.

French producer Fulgeance has already put out two previous releases as Claude in 2014’s ‘Solid’ EP and last year’s ‘Whoop’ EP, both featuring tracks that touch on funk, deep house and modern bass music.

The new ‘All Night’ series is said to be a collection of “half edits/half reworks”. Fulgeance describes the first volume as “a proper disco mood, some progressive funk and weirdo house-beats.”

‘Nightcrawler$’ from it is a brooding track that steadily builds to a breakdown, before weaving in a disco vocal, underpinned by a bass guitar with funk to spare.

You can listen to the exclusive premiere of ‘Nightcrawler$’ below, see Claude’s Q&A underneath that, and pre-order ‘All Night Vol. 1’ from Fulgeance’s Bandcamp.
