Paul Woolford and LF SYSTEM link up on new single, ‘In My Head’, featuring Shayan: Listen

Paul Woolford and LF SYSTEM have joined forces on a new single, ‘In My Head’, featuring Shayan. Check it out below.
Out now via Ministry of Sound, the piano house track features uplifting chords and a soulful vocal from London-based singer and producer, Shayan. The link-up comes on the heels of LF System’s latest solo single ‘Big Sax’, released last month, and Paul Woolford’s contribution to Christine and the Queens’ September remix EP.
“As soon as I started making ‘In My Head’ with Shayan I had a feeling that it could be something that LF System might wanna jump on,” Paul Woolford said of the track. “They bit my hand off and the whole thing was one of the fastest collaborations I’ve done yet.”
“We’ve always been huge fans of Paul’s work and his Special Request project so it’s an honour to be able to collaborate with him and bring a little LF flavour to the record,” the Scottish duo added.
The single was first teased during LF System’s debut Brazilian show at Green Valley, and quickly became a mainstay in both artists’ summer sets. Watch a video of LF System playing the track here.
The duo are set to embark on the Australia/New Zealand leg of their world tour at the end of the year, following a headline show at London’s Village Underground on 17th November.
Having had a similarly huge 12 months in the DJ booth, Paul Woolford, aka Special Request is reportedly gearing up for multiple album projects in 2024.
