Meet the Miller SoundClash 2017 Wild Card Finalists

With Miller Genuine Draft

Each year, as part of the Miller SoundClash DJ competition, we give one DJ Mag reader the chance to fly to Las Vegas and compete against DJs from across the world! We have listened to all of your mixes and have shortlisted 10 finalists. Check them out for yourself, and let us know your favourites. We'll be announcing the winner on 30th June

CaHen

Cahen, a second-time Miller SoundClash finalist from Bogota in Colombia, has performed at clubs and airwaves across Latin America. Taking influences from progressive house and trance, his entry features cuts from Above & Beyond, Paul Thomas and more.

Mr Zeus

Mr Zeus is aiming to reach similar heights to the God from whom-he takes his name. The Spanish DJ will be hoping that his high-energy mix, which reached the top of the Mixcloud charts, will be enough to win his place in Vegas.

Takahiro Yoshihira

With a slick combination of his own edits and productions, Takahiro Yoshihira impressed the judges from the outset. The Tokyo-based DJ, who is inspired by KSHMR and Blasterjaxx, has Vegas in his sights.

Alex Lambrino

This is Alex Lambrino's second time as a Wild Card finalist, after previously being selected by Dannic, back in 2015. The Virginia (USA) based artist is hoping that it's second time lucky as he fights for his place in Vegas.

Radical SIGN

Radical SIGN's big room mix is a full-throttle journey that is perfect for Las Vegas. Will it be enough to win the South Korean DJ his seat on the plane?

Shehzad K

Shezad K is an up and coming DJ from the island of Mauritius. With 8 years of experience DJing is clubs and hotels on the island, Shezhad would be well equipped for the Las Vegas dancefloors.

HOUSEDESTROYER

German DJ duo HOUSEDESTROYER have forged an impressive career in their home country, having played over 600 shows – in Germany Austria, Switzerland and Spain – since forming back in 2007. Will they be able to add Las Vegas to this list?

Steven Angel

By somehow managing to squeeze 17 tracks into his 25 minute entry, Israeli DJ Steven Angel has demonstrated phenomenal technical ability. Will it be enough to get him to Las Vegas?

The MDH Projekt

UK DJ Mark Daniel Homer, who performs under the name MDH Projekt, says that flying to Las Vegas would be his "DJ dream, come true". With inclusion among the finalists, he has come one step closer to achieving that dream.

DJ Hideki

Hideki claims to be Japan's most popular DJ on Mixcloud, with mixes and radio shows gaining traction in his home country and beyond. Soon, he could be attracting a new set of fans from Las Vegas!
