Asylum Afterhours
| NEW ENTRY

CREATED in 2008, by DJs for DJs to achieve a vibe that allows the selector to converge with the crowd, Asylum Afterhours is the brainchild of resident DJ Will Haltom, who decided to open a venue to allow him and Darren Zane and Andrew Koch to play the music they love in Honolulu. "Nowhere else around here can you hear these sounds every Friday and Saturday night," he says.

Since its inception, the island's new hotspot has showcased only the absolute best in underground house and techno talent from all over the world - the likes of Lee Foss, Heartthrob, Justin Martin, Claude Von Stroke, DJ T, Soulclap and S.E.C.T. "Everyone involved with Asylum is very passionate about electronic music, and we strive to make the place better everyday," says Halton. "Being able to bring such talent to Hawaii has been amazing for us." And for Hawaii, we might add.
