Massachusetts state capital Boston isn't exactly known as a jumping house hotspot, despite a few notable native sons who've emerged from there lately (like Soul Clap). But that could all be about to change if Rise Afterhours gets its way. One of a growing number of late night/early morning joints that seem to be spreading across the US like wildfire, Rise books cool house, techno, electro and even trance types, with recent visitors including Robert Babicz, Matt Darey and John Dahlback.

Running from Friday through Sunday each weekend, from 1am through to 6.30am, the night owls with a hunger for machine drums have their appetites well catered for here.
