Numerous electronic artists have contributed to a new mutual aid compilation, 'Moss on a Stone', which is raising funds to help a Palestinian family evacuate Gaza.

Featuring tracks from the likes of Sepehr, JakoJako, Zvrra, Banu, Schatz and Konx-om-Pax, the compilation will contribute to a GoFundMe for a family of seven who were displaced from Khan Younis and are currently sheltering in a refugee camp in Rafah, which is currently being bombarded by Israeli forces

A total of €35,000 is needed for the entire family to leave together. “This is our goal and collectively we can reach it," an accompanying text for the release reads. "If you're reading this, please consider buying this release, sharing it with your friends/family and spreading the GFM far and wide.

“Every share, every donation can make a difference... We thank you very much for your support.”

]The 19-track release encompasses a range of music genres, from ambient and experimental to faster-paced electronic genres, rap, and leftfield pop. The compilation takes its name from a line from the iconic poem On this Land, written by the Palestinian poet and author Mahmoud Darwish.

Back in March, Queer House Party and Ravers For Palestine held a livestream to raise money for the Solidarity Strike Fund, which supports artists who have lost paid work due to their support for pro-Palestine boycott efforts. In February, the New York collective and label PTP curated a 93-track compilation, with proceeds going towards organisations in Palestine and Haiti.
